How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent by Apex Cargo & Logistics when your shipment is booked — via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. It starts with ACL- followed by numbers. Contact us immediately if you haven't received one.
How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking updates every time your shipment reaches a new checkpoint — pickup, sorting, customs, departure, and final delivery. Updates typically appear within minutes of each scan at our facilities.
What does "On Hold" mean and what should I do?
Your shipment has been temporarily stopped. The reason is displayed on your tracking page — common causes include customs documentation requirements, failed delivery attempts, or weather disruptions. Contact our support team immediately and we'll resolve it fast.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes — our Business and Enterprise plans include full customs clearance support across 180+ countries. Our in-house brokerage team handles all documentation, duties, tariffs and compliance so you don't have to.
Can I track international and intercontinental freight?
Absolutely. Our live tracking covers air, ocean, and road freight across 180+ countries. The map shows your cargo's complete route in real time — from origin to destination, across any border.
What's the difference between FCL and LCL shipping?
FCL (Full Container Load) means you book an entire shipping container — ideal for large volumes. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with others — better for smaller shipments. Our team will recommend the right option based on your volume and budget.
